See your day or week, or a teammate's timesheet
The Track page shows one day at a time by default. Switch to Week to see the whole week at once, and, if you're an Admin or the Owner (shown as Portal admin in the app for now), open a colleague's timesheet from the same row.
Day and Week
Click Day or Week in the row under the timer.
Day lists every entry for the chosen day, with its Billable and Total hours. The strip of days above the list shows each day's hours this week; click a day to jump to it.
Week shows a grid: what the time went to down the side (Tracked against), the seven days across the top, and totals along the bottom and the right. Click Tracked against or Total to sort the rows.
The grid is for reading. To change an entry, click a day's heading to open that day in the Day view, where the entries behind the numbers live. Manual entries are also added from the Day view. See Log time manually.
Use the arrows to move a day or a week at a time, or pick a date from the calendar. Today (or This week) brings you back.

Open a teammate's timesheet
Admins and the Owner see a button beside Day / Week that reads Your timesheet. Click it to choose whose time to show:
- Everyone — the whole team's time, for the day or week.
- A name — that person's timesheet.
- Several people — tick the boxes next to their names, then click Show these N people.
The button then shows whose time you're looking at. With more than one person on screen, each entry shows who tracked it.

What you can do on someone else's timesheet
When your own time isn't on screen, a banner takes the timer's place, for example "Sam's timesheet — you can add and correct entries here. Only Sam can run their timer."
- Add time for them. The button reads Add time for and their name, or, with several people open, the form asks who the time is For.
- Correct their finished entries: description, project, time and billable, as on your own. See Edit or delete a time entry.
- You can't start, stop or edit a timer that's still running for someone else. Only they can.
Click Back to your timesheet to return to your own day.
Team members only ever see their own timesheet here. See Roles and permissions.
