Which reports are there, and who can see them?
Open Reports in the sidebar to see every report you're allowed to open. A report you can't open isn't listed at all. Below, "Owner" is the role shown as Portal admin in the app for now.

The reports
| Report | What it answers | Who can open it |
|---|---|---|
| My time | Your own hours across every client, for any period. | Everyone who tracks time |
| Team time | Everyone's hours, and which timers are running right now. | Admins, Owner |
| Billable vs non-billable | What share of tracked time is chargeable. | Admins, Owner |
| Retainer burn-down | How fast each client is spending the hours they bought. | Admins, Owner |
| Margin | What the work was billed at against what it cost to deliver. | Admins, Owner |
Retainer burn-down and Margin are included in Unlimited and Enterprise, and in your free trial. On Starter, the Owner sees both cards with a lock, Available on Unlimited and a See your plan link; Admins don't see them at all. See Timebun's plans.
Team members don't have Reports in their sidebar. They find My time under Work, next to Track. See My time.
How every report works
- A date range. Each report opens on the current month, except Team time, which opens on the current week (Monday to Sunday). Change From and To to pick any other range.
- Your own calendar. Days are counted in your own timezone, so an entry logged late in the evening lands on the day you logged it.
- Filters apply to everything on the page. Narrowing to a person, client, project or tag changes the table and its totals together.
- Hours are decimal. 1.50 means an hour and a half.
- Every report can be exported as a CSV file with the same filters. See Export your data to CSV.
Which one do I want?
- "Who is working on what this week?" → Team time
- "How much of our time can we actually charge for?" → Billable vs non-billable
- "Which clients are about to run out of hours?" → Retainer burn-down
- "Are we making money on this client?" → Margin
