Create your Timebun account

Start a free trial at app.timebun.com/register. It takes a couple of minutes, no card is needed, and you get 14 days of everything in the Unlimited plan.

Joining a workspace that already exists? You don't need to sign up — ask its admin for an invitation. See Invite your team.

Sign up with your email

1. Go to app.timebun.com and click Start a free trial under the sign-in form, or go straight to app.timebun.com/register.
2. Enter Your name, your Work email and a Password.
3. Under Firm name, type your agency's name. Your team and your clients will see it.
4. Complete the quick check that you're a person, then click Start free trial.
5. Timebun says Check your email. Open the email and click Set up my workspace.
6. On the page that opens, click Set up my workspace again. Nothing is created until you press this button.

You're signed in to your new workspace, ready to set it up.

• The link in the email works for 24 hours, and only the newest one sent to your address works. If it has run out, you'll see This link has expired — click Sign up again.
• Nothing arrived? Check your spam folder, or sign up again.
• If your address already has a Timebun account, you'll get an email with a Sign in button instead, and no new workspace is created.

Sign up with Google or Microsoft

You can use Sign up with Google or Sign up with Microsoft instead of an email and password.

1. Click Sign up with Google or Sign up with Microsoft and choose your account.
2. On Name your workspace, check the name and address under Signing up as.
3. Type your Firm name and click Open Timebun.

Finish within 15 minutes of choosing your account, or you'll be asked to start again. If Timebun can't start a trial with that account — for example, the address already has an account — you're sent back to the sign-up page to use your email instead.

Accounts made this way sign in with the same Google or Microsoft button. To add a password later, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.

What you get

• A workspace for your firm, with the name you typed. You can change it later at Settings → Workspace → General.
• You as its Owner (shown as Portal admin in the app for now), with full access, including billing and workspace settings. See Roles and permissions.
• The workspace timezone set from your browser. Check it on General.
• A 14-day Unlimited trial. Everything is included, from tracking and invoicing to API tokens and connecting Claude or ChatGPT. Settings → Workspace → General shows how many days are left. It ends at 12:00 UTC on its last day.

When the trial ends

Subscribe before the last day and nothing stops: go to Settings → Workspace → General and click Subscribe on the Timebun plan card. See Subscribe to Timebun.

If the trial ends first, the workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted: everyone can still sign in, read and export, and your clients can still pay your invoices. You get a reminder banner and an email three days before. See Your free trial.
