See the work done for you
The Time page is your timesheet: every piece of work your agency has done for you, who did it and how long it took.
Open your timesheet
- Click Time in the menu. It opens on the current month.
- Change From and To to see another period.
- Pick a Project to see just that one, if you have several.

Each line shows the Project, the Date, the Person who did the work, a description under Work, and the Hours. The total for the period is at the top, under Hours in this range, and again at the bottom of the list.
Dates are in your agency's timezone, so each entry falls on the same day for you as for your agency, and the current month is your agency's month.
Your five most recent entries are also on Overview, under Recent time.
What's included
The timesheet shows finished work that you're being charged for, on the projects your agency shares with you. That's why the total says Billable work only. You won't see:
- work that's still in progress — it appears once it's finished;
- time your agency isn't charging you for;
- your agency's internal projects.
There are no prices on the timesheet. What you owe is on your invoices. See View and pay your invoices.
If something looks missing or wrong, ask your agency. See Message your agency.
Download your timesheet
Click Export CSV on the Time page (or Export timesheet on Overview) to download the period you're looking at as a spreadsheet. It has the same columns, with hours as decimals (1.50 is an hour and a half).
