Check how many hours you have left
If you buy hours from your agency in advance, your balance is the first thing you see when you sign in.
Read your balance
Open Overview. At the top:
- Hours remaining — how many hours you have left, in hours and minutes.
- A bar showing Left, Used and, if any hours ran out unused, Expired, out of everything you were granted.

Under Your hours you see each block of hours separately — a monthly plan, a bundle you bought, hours your agency added — with:
- how many are left out of how many you got, for example 6h 30m / 10h;
- when they expire, or no expiry;
- Spent when a block is used up, or Expired when it lapsed before you used it.
Hours are used as your agency works for you. The work itself is on the Time page. See See the work done for you.
When you're running low
Your agency can set a warning level. When your balance drops below it, you get an email saying how many hours you have left, with a Buy hours button. If you run out completely, you get an email saying so.
Once you're out of hours, further work is billed to you separately instead of being taken from your balance.
To add hours, see Buy more hours.
Statements of your hours
Your agency may also send you a statement of hours once or twice a month, showing what you started with, what was added and used, and what's left. See Read your statement of hours.
No hours panel?
If your agency bills you for the time as it's worked, rather than selling hours in advance, you won't see a balance — or you'll see You have no hours on account. Time worked for you is billed directly. Your invoices are on the Invoices page.
