Buy more hours
You can add hours to your balance yourself, without waiting for your agency, by buying a one-off bundle or subscribing to a plan that renews. Payment goes straight to your agency. Anyone your agency has invited from your company can do this — there's no approval step.
Open Buy hours in the menu, or click Buy more hours on Overview. If you don't see either, your agency bills you for time as it's worked instead.

Your current balance is at the top, so you can see what each option would leave you with.
Buy a bundle of hours
Under Hour bundles, each card shows the hours, the price and what that works out to per hour. Best rate marks the cheapest hour. A badge such as 12-month expiry means those hours lapse that long after you pay.
- Click Buy 10 hours (or whichever bundle you want).
- You're taken to a secure payment page. Pay with any of the ways it offers, such as card or bank debit — your agency chooses which.
Your hours are added when the payment clears, not when you click Buy — a card is usually instant, a bank debit can take up to four business days. Each purchase is a proper invoice, and it appears on your Invoices page whether or not it's paid yet.
If you leave before paying, the bundle appears under Waiting to be paid with a Pay it button, so you can finish later without creating a second invoice.
Subscribe to a plan
Under Retainer plans, each card shows the hours you get each period, the price and the rate per hour. A plan renews every period until you cancel.
- Click Subscribe to the plan you want.
- You're taken to a secure payment page to set up payment.
Your plan starts, and its hours appear, once the first payment clears.
Already on a plan? Your plan is marked Your current plan, and you manage it from the Plan page. See Change or cancel your plan.
If the page says Your agency doesn't sell hours online yet, ask your agency and they'll invoice you. See Message your agency.
