Timebun's plans and what each includes

Timebun has three plans — Starter, Unlimited and Enterprise — and one add-on, Branded portal. Every plan includes all of the everyday product: time tracking, clients and projects, retainers and balances, invoicing, expenses, the Team time and Billable reports, the client portal and client messaging.

What each plan adds

• Starter is billed for each person on your team. Clients you invite to the portal are never counted. See Seats on Starter.
• Unlimited has no limit on people: one price, whoever you add. Your free trial includes everything in it.
• Enterprise isn't bought in the app. To talk about it, email support@timebun.com.

The Branded portal add-on

Branded portal can be added to Starter or Unlimited. It lets your client portal answer on a domain of your own (for example portal.yourfirm.com) instead of an address under timebun.com. Once you have the add-on, email support@timebun.com with the domain you want, and we'll set it up.

Your logo and colour show only on plans that include Portal branding — Unlimited and Enterprise. On Starter with the add-on, your own domain works but shows Timebun's look.

The dialog also describes the add-on as mail sent from your own address. Timebun doesn't send mail from your own address yet; emails still arrive from "Your agency via Timebun".

See what your workspace has

Go to Settings → Workspace → General. The Timebun plan card names your plan, any add-on, how you're billed, and lists every feature with On or Off. Under each feature that's off, it says where to get it, such as Available on Unlimited or Available with the Branded portal add-on. Only the Owner (shown as Portal admin in the app for now) sees this page.

Some rows — Webhooks, Zapier, Custom sender address, Single sign-on and Audit log — name things Timebun doesn't do yet.

When your plan doesn't include something

• Pages for features your plan lacks — Branding, the Harvest import tab, the API tokens tab, the Connections tab, and a client's Files tab — say Not on this plan and name the plans that include it. Underneath, the Owner reads Change your plan from the plan card to turn it on., with a See your plan link to the plan card; anyone else reads The account owner can change the plan to turn it on. If your plan is billed by arrangement with Timebun, it says to write to us instead: support@timebun.com.
• On Reports, the Owner sees Margin and Retainer burn-down with a lock and See your plan. Admins don't see them at all.
• Nothing is deleted when a plan stops including a feature. Branding, your own address, API tokens and connections are kept and come back as they were when your plan includes them again.
