Emails about your Timebun bill
Timebun emails the Owner (shown as Portal admin in the app for now) about two things on your own Timebun bill. If your workspace has more than one Owner, each of them gets a copy. Nobody else on the team, and none of your clients, is emailed about it.
These emails carry Timebun's own look, even if your workspace uses your branding.
Your Timebun trial ends on …
Sent once, about three days before your trial ends, if you haven't subscribed yet. It gives the end date, says the workspace becomes read-only if the trial ends first (and that nothing in it is lost), and has a See your plan button that opens the plan card, where you subscribe.
See Your free trial.
Your payment to Timebun didn't go through
Sent when Stripe couldn't take a payment for your subscription. It names the amount and, when Stripe will try again, the day it will. The Update your card button opens the plan card in Timebun; click Manage billing there to change the card.
You get one email per failed invoice, not one per retry. See Manage your Timebun billing.
Invoices and receipts
Your Timebun invoices and payment receipts come from Stripe, to the billing email on your subscription. You can also find every one under Manage billing. To change where they go, update your billing details there.
Didn't get one?
- Check spam or junk.
- Check you're an Owner of the workspace: Admins and Team members don't get these.
- Whatever happens to the email, the plan card on Settings → Workspace → General always shows where your bill stands, and the banner at the top of the page warns the Owner too.
