Change your Timebun plan

Once you've subscribed, you can switch between Starter and Unlimited, between Monthly and Yearly, and add or drop Branded portal, all from the plan card. Only the Owner (shown as Portal admin in the app for now) can do this.

Change your plan

Go to Settings → Workspace → General and scroll to the Timebun plan card.
Click Change plan. The dialog opens on what you have now.
Pick the billing period, plan and add-on you want.
Read the line at the bottom. It tells you exactly what will happen: - Charged today: an amount, then your new price per month or year; or - From a date: your new price, and Nothing changes until then.
Click Confirm change.

When a change takes effect

Moving up applies straight away. Starter to Unlimited, adding Branded portal, or monthly to yearly: you're charged today for the difference over the rest of this period, and the new plan starts now.
Moving down waits for your renewal. Unlimited to Starter, dropping Branded portal, or yearly to monthly: nothing is charged and nothing changes until the period you've paid for ends. A change that mixes the two — for example Unlimited monthly to Starter yearly — counts as moving down.

If the charge for a change today doesn't go through, the plan stays as it was. Update your card in Manage billing and try again. See Manage your Timebun billing.

A change waiting for your renewal

The plan card shows it, for example Changes to Starter, billed monthly, on 1 Nov 2026. To call it off, click Keep current plan. Your plan then simply renews as it is.

If you've cancelled your subscription, you can't schedule a move down until you keep the subscription going in Manage billing.
